At just 15, his life was upended when his father was incarcerated, leaving him homeless and forced to drop out of high school. With no clear path forward, Joshua began working at a mall kiosk selling cell phones—an experience that would change the course of his life. There, a mentor recognized his potential and encouraged him to pursue his GED and believe in his future.
