  • Partial Refunds: In certain circumstances, if partial cancellations are allowed, refunds may be issued for the refundable portion of the ticket price, excluding any service fees, administrative charges, or non-refundable deposits.

2.2 Event Cancellations and Postponements

  • Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued for all tickets purchased. Notifications will be sent via email and updates posted on the Site.

  • Event Postponement: In the case of event postponement, your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new event date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund as per the guidelines in Section 2.1, subject to processing fees as applicable.

2.3 Special Circumstances

Refund requests in special circumstances (e.g., force majeure events, health emergencies, or travel restrictions) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to require supporting documentation before processing such refunds.

3.2 Processing Refunds

  • Approval: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Time Frame: Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Delays may occur due to processing times at your financial institution.

  • Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

3.3 Denied Refund Requests

  • Notification of Denial: If your refund request is denied, we will notify you via email with the reasons for denial. Decisions regarding refund requests are final.

  • Changes: We reserve the right to modify event details, including schedules and locations. In such cases, tickets remain valid for the updated event details.

  • Cancellations by Us: If we cancel an event for any reason, a full refund will be issued as stated in Section 2.2. Alternatively, we may offer the option to transfer your ticket to a future event.

6. Additional Considerations

  • Service Fees and Administrative Charges: Refunds are processed on the ticket price only. Non-refundable service fees, processing fees, or administrative charges are excluded from the refunded amount.

  • Third-Party Purchases: For services or products purchased through a third-party reseller or partner, please refer to the reseller’s individual refund and returns policy.
